As it relates to Building Maintenance Projects/Landscaping:
Painting of all the columns under the building (completed)
Painting of all the railings (4th & 3rd floor completed, getting more paint to finish the second floor)
Painting of the siding walls on all floors (completed)
Added a cigarette bud collector by the BBQ area (completed)
Updating the Bulletin Board in front of the elevator (completed)
Fixing of the siding panels in the exterior of the building and one bahama impact window (scheduled for 8/23/23)
Painting of the 1st floor elevator landing (scheduled for 8/24/23)
Replanting flowers by building entrance (scheduled for 8/28/23)
Landscaping work continues in the mangroves with improvements every week. So far they have worked on the shoreline of building 4 and continue to move more into building 3. Hopefully they will start to trim closer to the building soon.
