I went to OP today. There were a few downed branches, some over the Bridge from Building II or III that goes to the pool. But that is Commons. Commons will have a clean-up of broken branches, leaves, the drains and some dirt. A couple of very large branches or possible small trees were on the ground.
Now Building IV, the elevator was stuck on the ground floor with the door open and reading code 05. I reported this to Karel, and he was already calling the elevator company.
No palm trees fell or did I see any coconuts on the ground. The landscaping actually looked pretty good. Some branches had fallen off of the Commons area in our parking lot. The two drains are loaded with leaves and some water was on top of the leaves, that will be needed to clean out, I assume all the drains throughout the property will need to be cleaned. The furniture was ok, but overturned, the grill was still standing, and no water was on the property. One Palm tree branch was on the Second Floor.
I did find a screen that must have blown off of one of the windows, I stored it in the trash room and told Karel. I took one picture of a fallen tree on Commons property by Building V.
